I have been best known as a veteran radio talk show host, writer, bereavement and trauma specialist. Now I am a Women’s Advocate, creating Women in Focus to recognize personal potentials and spiritual empowerment. Holistically oriented workshops, lectures, groups provide women knowledge of their own strengths and skills.

Part of my message is to create healthy self concepts for women who in turn can influence their daughters, sons, sisters brothers, nieces, nephew and children of friends. Self image and confidence are major.
